RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize & Execute:Design highimpact creatives for CRM (email push WhatsApp SMS) and performance marketing (Google Meta ads).
- DataDriven Creativity:Optimize visuals based on engagement and conversion insights.
- MultiChannel Excellence:Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- A/B Testing & Iteration:Refine designs based on performance metrics.
- Collaboration & Leadership:Guide internal teams and agencies to deliver highquality creatives.
- Trend & Innovation Focus:Experiment with AI tools and automation in design.
SKILLS
- Expertise inperformanceoptimized designfor digital marketing.
- Proficiency inAdobe Suite(Illustrator Photoshop After Effects a plus).
- Strongvisual storytellinganddatabacked creativity.
- Ability tomanage multiple projects & stakeholdersefficiently.
- Experience withAI tools( Midjourney Runway)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 yearsof experience in digital design CRM or performance marketing.
- NIFT or equivalentdesign background.
- Strongbrand & industry awareness especially in fashion.
- Excellentcommunication leadership and multitaskingskills
