Job Description
Midwest Answer is currently seeking applicants to fill fulltime positions on third shift 11pm 7am).
We are a 24/7/365 answering service and take inbound calls for multiple client types. Our Agents answer phone calls for companies nationwide (no sales calls) with a strong local presence. This position is not remote. We have fulltime opportunities available on third shift. Weekends are required and applicants need to be willing to cover other shifts if needed. Our team prides itself on working together to make sure everyone has the time off that they need. Holidays are double pay and we have a weekend shift differential!
Desired Skills
- Friendly respectful and professional attitude
- Experience talking on the phone in a business capacity
- Typing skills (accuracy is important)
- Familiar with Google Chrome and/or Fire Fox
- Microsoft Office and PDFs
- Multitasking
