JOB SUMMARY: The Cleburne Railroaders are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our front office. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic is a selfstarter and is driven by meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone who is a teamplayer works well with other employees and can handle multiple assignments in a fastpaced environment. If you have a competitive nature and a willingness to learn new things this could be the job for you! Individuals will be expected to be able to complete work in different departments and areas due to the size of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Assist the Ticketing Department with ticket and group sales.
Learn different strategies of outreach and help strengthen relationships with members of the community.
Operate the Fan Center sales table during all Railroaders home games.
Help with off season preparation.
All other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should possess at least minimal sports knowledge.
Applicants should possess professionalism with clients and fans.
Good communication skills essential.
Ability to follow directions and complete the task at hand.
Creative problemsolving skills desired.
Preferred candidates are pursuing college credit for the internship.
