8 yrs of Hands on with Functional and API testing with good understanding of Testing Life Cycle. Well versed in Requirement gathering test design test management team leading activities Should be experienced in doing estimations project planning resourcing test strategy preparation test summary reports status reports Worked in Test management tools like Jira/ALM and API testing tools like Postman SOAP UI Hands on experience in participating /drafting RFP /bid responses with good analytical and MS PowerPoint skills Should have led a team of minimum 5 10 members in the past from end to end test delivery perspective Knowhow of automation with Selenium/BDD frameworks . Should be able to guide team on automation initiatives. Banking and Insurance domain knowledge
Mandatory skill sets:

4.Backup DR Replication and HA
5.Monitoring and observability (Native monitoring tools and opensource tools like Prometheus)
6.Configuration management (Preferably Ansible/Chef) Preferred

Strong OS (Linux) concepts and fundamentals
7.Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
8.CustomerCentric Mindset.
Preferred skill sets:
Good to Have MongoDB / PostgreSQL / SQL Server

Education qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular fulltime mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
