- Pay: Salary Draw Commissions Bonus.

- Collaborate with marketing and your market leader to identify your target customer and how to land that customer effectively and efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact to the customer for their flooring needs and deliver a platinumlevel customer experience.
- Meet with customers for free inhome consultation.
- Follow current sales and workflow systems/processes or help produce ones that are more efficient.
- Attend fairs and expos.
- Find beneficial networking functions and attend their events.
- Other responsibilities as assigned within scope of position.
