Montessori Casa Directress
Located in a beautiful rural location in Delta Boundary Bay Montessori School will be expanding our Casa program for September 2025. We are looking to hire an educator who is committed to working with children and families and value working in a professional educational environment where collaboration and innovation are welcomed. If you would like to contribute your expertise and passion to our Montessori community we are looking to fill the position of Casa Directress (ages 36
Qualifications required:
- ECE or ECEA certification
- Montessori MACTE accredited certification
- Valid First Aid certification
Position Start Date: September 2025
Employment Term: Permanent Fulltime with government ECE wage enhancement bonus if applicable
Salary ECE $23 to $28/hour and ECEA $21 to $26/hour commensurate with education and experience
