Job Description

As an active member of the company you will be in the heart of a major transformationprogram supporting it as aTechnical Leader. TheTechnicalLeader plays a pivotal role in ourtechcompany providing strategicdirectiontechnicalguidance and leadership to our engineering teams. This position requires a blend oftechnicalexpertise strong leadership skills and a passion for
innovation. TheTechnicalLeader will be responsible for driving thetechnicalvisionmentoring team members and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality products.

Main Responsibilities:

TheTechnicalLeader is responsible for mentoring the team on thetechnicalsolutionand creatingtechnicalleadership within the team. Also theTechnicalLeader is
responsible and accountable fortechnicaldecision making.
Develop and communicate a cleartechnicalvision and strategy aligned withcompany goals.
Leadand inspire crossfunctional engineering teams fostering collaboration andinnovation.
Provide mentorship guidance andtechnicalexpertise to team members for theirgrowth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements timelines anddeliverables.
Oversee project ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and qualitystandards.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively addressing challenges that may impactproject success.
Drive adoption of best practices coding standards and developmentmethodologies.
Conduct code and architectural reviews to maintain highquality codebase andsystem architecture.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including executives to provideupdates and address concerns.
Foster strong relationships with crossfunctional teams promoting transparency andcollaboration.

Requirements:

7 years of experience as a Software Developer or currently having a SeniorSoftware Developer role.
Experience designing developing and deploying serverless applications usingAWS Lambda and other AWS services.
Writing code in languages supported by AWS Lambda such as TypeScriptsNode.js and Java.
Creating eventdriven architectures that respond to changes in data or otherevents.
Implementing security best practices to ensure the safety of data and systems.
Integrating AWS Lambda functions with other AWS services such as AmazonS3 Amazon DynamoDB Amazon API Gateway and AWS Step Functions.
Proficient with monitoring tools like Cloud Watch and AWS XRay.
Troubleshooting and debugging serverless applications.
Developing and implementing monitoring and logging strategies to ensure theavailability and performance of AWS Lambda functions.
Participating in code reviews and collaborating with other developers to ensurecode quality and be practices are followed.
Staying up to date with the latest AWS Lambda features and best practices andincorporating them into application development.
Continuously improving and optimizing the performance and cost efficiency ofAWS Lambda applications.
Strong knowledge of system design (software architecture design patterns APIDesign and Development and good practices).
Proficient in Microservice technology and development experience of RESTFUL.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and System IntegrationPatterns (PubSub).
Experience using Agile/Scrum software development methodologies using tools such as Jira Confluence BitBucket.
Experience with GITHub and GitHub Action.
Experience in performing Requirement Analysis.
Good communication skills including Client communications.
