Job Description
TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance required.
Hours Friday Monday 8pm6am
Key Responsibilities:
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop and/or systems hardware and software
May coach and provide guidance to lessexperienced professionals
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems investigate causes and recommend solutions
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
Identify investigate resolve and followup problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Mandatory Skills:

Requirements:
HS or GED and 10 yrs OR
BS and 5 yrs
** IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date.
Must be a US Citizen.
Approximate Salary Range: $84000 $90800
