Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our Hackensack NJ.
Candidate must have experience with the New Jersey market and many aspects of real estate law including acquisitions dispositions and development joint ventures financing on behalf of borrowers and lenders debt restructuring and workouts and leasing. Will offer competitive salaries. EOE
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New Jersey
- At least 8 years of commercial real estate experience that demonstrates an ability to independently structure draft negotiate manage and close sophisticated real estate deals.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and to work independently in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Portable book of business a plus.

Hybrid Hours:
Minimum 3 days a week in office
