Investment Manager Real Estate Equity

This is a great job for someone who is commercially driven and ready to take ownership of high-profile assets in Central London and beyond. Ideal for someone with experience in asset management leasing and/or investment and has a passion for delivering value through strategic initiatives.

A bit about the job:

Were seeking a strategic engaging and innovative individual to asset manage some of Avivas most prestigious Central London office investments. Youll be responsible for delivering value through creative asset management leading leasing strategies and overseeing refurbishment projects. Youll work closely with internal teams external agents and joint venture partners to optimise performance and returns. This is a high-impact role where youll shape asset strategies drive ESG integration and represent Aviva in the market.

Skills and experience were looking for:

Proven experience in commercial real estate investment leasing and ideally asset management preferably with a focus on Central London offices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess leasing valuation and investment scenarios.
Experience leading leasing strategies and managing external agents.
Ability to manage refurbishment and repositioning projects working with project teams to deliver on time and budget
A results-driven attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
