Role
- Investment and asset management
- General commercial property development
- Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
- Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions

Client

Role
- Opportunity to gain experience in all areas of Commercial Real Estate law
- Working alongside senior lawyers and Partners
- Working with the team on large and complex transactions
- Attending business development events
- Advising high value high profile transactions and clients
- Good quality experience ofCommercial Real Estate / Property law including all or some of the following:
- Investment and asset management
- General commercial property development
- Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
- Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
- Commercial and analytical thinker who provides accurate and practical advice
- An interest in and aptitude for business development is also welcomed
