Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a key leader within our team you will manage project schedules budgets and subcontractor relationships while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and .
- Collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and contractual obligations.
- Oversee procurement of materials manage resources and track labor costs to maintain profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and resolve onsite issues.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and regular updates on project milestones.
- Implement innovative construction techniques and technology to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
- Experience with K12 or healthcare projects is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage largescale projects with complex requirements.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g. Procore Microsoft Project).
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
