We are now looking for 2 dynamic and skilledTechnical Trainersto join our team and help drive our mission forward.
As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for the daytoday training of Port Health staff to ensure required standards are achieved and maintained while developing updating and delivering training materials to ensure best practices.
In this role you will conduct annual training needs analysis for all Port Health staff and create reports on staff competencies for the collaboration with the Lead Technical Trainer to address additional training needs identified through performance monitoring.
You will be responsible for the initial and ongoing support for new staff through coaching and mentoring as needed. This will enable you to create accurate training reports to ensure that all staff are competent for the completion of daily activities as required as part of the role.
To succeed in this role youll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish training needs and able to work with people at all levels to motivate inspire and develop across a dynamic and changing organisation.
Your ability to demonstrate a willingness to embrace and promote new ideas and work on your own initiative will play a vital role in the success of the team and organisation.
