You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMust have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English. Verifiable ability to lift 75 pounds. Must be capable of strenuous lifting and carrying for short periods of time (during deliveries). Must be able to work when exposed to wet floors temperature extremes and excessive noise. Must be able to walk bend stoop and have finger and handling dexterity for periods up to four 4 hours at a time. Must be able to stand for periods up to four 4 hours at a time. Must possess basic math skills relative to inventory value calculations. Must have basic computer skills and working knowledge of Windows Word and Excel. Must have a valid Ohio drivers license with less than six points at all times. Must be able to visually inspect product and storage areas and report variances to the general manager. Must be able to visually differentiate colors. Must be able to listen attentively and comprehend verbal instruction in English. Must have knowledge of safe food handling practices. Must be able to work independently with the appropriate amount of supervision.
Prior successful experience with food items and warehousing techniques desirable. Prior successful experience with a computerized inventory system preferred. Should have good organizational and administrative skills as relates to purchasing receiving and inventory. Managerial ServSafe Certified. Prior successful work experience working with students and a diverse multi cultural staff.
This full time position is approximately nine months/year. Primary hours are 6:30am2:00pm MondayFriday. Must be able to work occasional weekends and holidays.
