About The Program:

Our Early Childhood Development and Education Center is dedicated to comprehensive familycentered care for young children experiencing developmental delays disabilities or behavioral challenges. We provide a nurturing environment that fosters growth learning and socialemotional development. Our interdisciplinary team includes specialists in pediatrics psychology occupational therapy and speechlanguage pathology all working together to support each childs unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive mental health services to children and their families as needed or indicated.
  • Train and provide reflective practice and implement a wide variety of evidencebased care and mental health strategies.
  • Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and offer counseling.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and support services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Advocate for childrens wellbeing and educational needs.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and maintain a Clinical Social Worker (LCSWC) license issued by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Board of Social Work Examiners.
  • Must possess and maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.

EDUCATION:

  • Masters degree from an accredited school of Social Work required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of four years of licensed clinical experience providing mental health services to children adolescents and adults required
  • Minimum one year in the provision of services to children with developmental disabilities chronic health problems of disorders of the brain preferred.
  • One year of pediatric and or family therapy experience preferred

Minimum pay range

USD $74980.00/Yr.

Maximum pay range

USD $97597.00/Yr.
