KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delight our customers
- Become an indispensable member of a 23person installation crew
- Assist in installing industry leading smart irrigation systems (residential / small commercial)
- Learn the Conserva Way and acquire mastery of irrigation system components (controllers valves heads nozzles piping wiring)
- Maintain a professional approach to attendance conduct and appearance
- Build business trust with coworkers supervisors and customers (promise made promise kept)
- Adhering to Companys safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews
LEARNING ON THE JOB
- Internal online technician training program (LMS)
- Full support for obtaining industry certification (CIT)
- Interaction with high character people and high performing teams
- Find your own path for career growth locally or within the Conserva/Empower ecosystem
- Uncover your potential for growth by either driving productivity or overseeing operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to make and keep promises
- Irrigation industry experience preferred but not required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check
- Resultsoriented; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Great attitude with a desire for growth
- Language proficiency a plus (English / Spanish)
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hours: 6:45 AM 4:45 PM
- Days: MF (Off Sundays)
- Occasional Saturdays due to excessive weather or production delays
- Smokefree vehicles client property and offices
- Required to work outdoors in many primary job functions in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather)
- Servicing Nashville and surrounding counties
Compensation: $18.00 $25.00 per hour
Conserva Irrigation is constantly looking to add the best irrigation and sprinkler repair professionals to our team. We have open job positions all over the country for irrigation sales field technicians as well as office and administrative team members.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
