Your RoleTo provide SAP S4 Hana PM/CS (Customer service) Functional services for Implementation rollouts and support project.
Required- Experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) / Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Must have SAP PM/CS experience 4 5 end to end implementations and 34 rollout exp with S4 Hana.
- Strong SAP technical configuration and business area knowledge in SAP PM & CS module
- Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management Service Order Processing and Resource Related Billing
- Experience in Field Service Inhouse Repairs Service Contracts and Warranty Claim Management
- Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including Refurbishment process
- Knowledge of labor activity posting and integration with time keeping system
- Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
- Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality
- Quality experience in SAP R/3 Sales and ECC 4.6 & 6.0 SAP S/4 Hana experience with all project stages including Project Estimating Requirements Determination GAP Analysis Issue Resolution Configuration Custom Code Specifications Training GoLive Assistance and Post Implementation Support.
- Handson experience in business process analysis and design reengineering process rationalization performance measurement and quality.
- Understanding business process studying and analysing workflow to design solutions (AsIs and ToBe Analysis and Freezing); conducting gap analysis assess scope of studies & suggest solutions through SAP.
- Facilitating customers end users and other stakeholders in joint analysis sessions to ensure an understanding of business goals requirements and deliverables.
- Adept at handling functions pertaining to Plant Maintenance inspection certificates notification documentation and training of key users and end users.
- Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills leadership qualities and analytical power.
- Understanding business process studying and analyzing workflow to design solutions (AsIs and ToBe Analysis and Freezing); conducting gap analysis assess scope of studies & suggest solutions through SAP.
- Fluent in English and German language
Preferred- Creates the Business Blueprint (BBP) detailed process design and mapping to solutions based on design from the IS BA and contributes to the effort estimation
- Creates Configuration documents
- Creates Functional Specifications
- Performs Functional Testing
- Works with other modules for Integration Issues
- Performs final validation of solution (SIT) before submission to requester to run the User Acceptance Test
- Support the Run organization in the incident and problem resolution
