Job Description:
To summarize in this role you get to:
Design configure and maintain SAP Integration solutions including SAP BTP Integration Suite SAP PO Datasphere replication services Advanced Event Mesh replication services.
Work with business stakeholders to understand their SAP Integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with other technical teams such as SAP Basis functional and Security to ensure that SAP Integration solutions are integrated seamlessly into the overall SAP landscape.
Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Integration products like SAP PO BTP IS datasphere to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Integrations. Stay up to date on new SAP BTP features and functionality and provide recommendations on how they can be used to improve the organizations risk and compliance posture.
Skills & experience were looking for:
- Deep knowledge of various aspects of SAP BTP IS and SAP PO both from a technical as well as business process perspective.
- Overall experience in SAP BTP subaccount and service management.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration concepts for both on-premises systems such as ECC as well as S/4 HANA and new SAP Cloud solutions.
- Experience with integration into Identity Management Systems and IAS and IPS for user provisioning.
- Make recommendations for integration including change incident management process enhancements and change management.
- Participate in incident management to actively resolve the issues towards the closure with minimal impact to Business Deliver the new change requirements from Business as part of SAP release calendar timelines.
- Provide support to monthly/planned downtime activities for SAP ECC SAP S/4 HANA or other software upgrades from Integration side.
- Agile mindset to deliver the changes/requirements in the Sprint based on the priorities.
- Wide exposure to design develop and monitor the integration flows in SAP BTP IS and knowledge about table replications using SAP DI or datasphere is an added advantage.
- Exposure to end to end design to provide various test cases and participate and support TUT FUT and SIT as well as regression testing of integrations.
- Hands on experience working with adapters like SOAP IDoc RFC Kafka SFTP etc.
- Strong organizational skills and be able to attend to and prioritize projects.
- Demonstrable analytical and technical aptitude with focus on identifying and alleviating the root cause of the issue.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building listening and questioning skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT principles best practices and regulatory compliance as you will be working in an IT environment to support SAP Integrations.
- Good knowledge of Fiori HANA S/4 HANA and Cyber Security
