Description

We are seeking an experience customerfocused marketing leader to join our Field Marketing team in EMEA. As a key member of the Test & Measurement marketing organization you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our EMEA field marketing and local sales teams to drive engagement pipeline and revenue across our customers in EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the test & measurement industry a consistent track record of successful marketing plan deployment and the ability to drive business growth through sales and marketing partnership.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Be a trusted partner to EMEA sales & marketing leadership by understanding and supporting the needs of the region through careful planning of marketing strategies and programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership and account managers to understand the country business goals related account landscape the specific goals identified to achieve revenue growth.
  • Identify marketing strategy needed and collaborate with the greater marketing and BU teams across the globe to identify activities and develop the strategy tactics messaging and enablement to drive effective marketing activation in region.
  • Leverage customer intimacy sales relationships and knowledge of regional preferences and watering holes to provide localization needs and ensure regional relevancy of marketing and event efforts.
  • Apply knowledge of industry and related associations partners and third party media to enhance NI awareness and ensure we are reaching local customers where they are.
  • Lead regional sales communications (newsletters trainings regular updates) to ensure sales awareness and uptake of marketing campaign content and local events. Ensure sales has access to and is using provided templates and materials to help drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure activity effectives and demand growth by actively checking in with sales monitoring reports in SFDC and enabling accountspecific communication and activation.
Who You Are: You collaborate well with others to deploy effective strategies that engage our customers. You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You understand the local market our customer base and our products and services. You understand the direct sales workflow and the best methods to collaborate with and enable account managers. You relate comfortably with people across levels functions cultures and geography.
For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience plus 8 years of marketing and/or sales experience
  • Salesforce / CRM experience preferred
  • Located in France and French speaking
  • Confident English language knowledge in oral and written
