Role: Head of Litigation
Location: North London

About the Role:
As the Head of Litigation you will take charge of a thriving department overseeing a wide range of contentious matters. With full access to the resources and support of a leading legal firm you will have the opportunity to shape the teams future while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Litigation Team fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters including commercial disputes contentious probate property disputes and TOLATA claims.
- Leverage your existing following and network to drive business development and expand the firms client base.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members supporting their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain the firms reputation for excellence.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor with the following:
- A strong background in litigation across various areas including commercial and property disputes.
- A proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
- A portable following of clients and the ambition to expand this further.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
