You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position.Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600 provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to work fulltime at its Lake Hazel clinic. The Family Medicine physicians at the Lake Hazel clinic are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. Schedule: Traditional work week 34 patient contact hours per week 4day work week available reduced FTE available depending on physician preference Salary & Benefits:Signon IncentivesStudent Loan RepaymentRelocationPTO & CME AllocationMalpractice Insurance (Incl.
