Raytheon is seeking a high performing Senior Analyst HR Partner to serve as partner to the Raytheon Dine Facility (RDF). In this dynamic and fastpaced role you will partner and collaborate with the HR Lead andbusiness leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner consistent with the Human Resources vision and mission.

The HR Partner will have responsibility for the of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups within Effectors at the RDF. The HR Partner will collaborate with leaders as an advisor and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness change and talent management organizational learning and development performance management compensation benefits and employee relations. Additionally through partnership with other HR Leaders Business Partners and HR Partners across the business this position will provide leadership and support in the of strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning succession planning employee engagement and talent development. The ability to execute project deliverables exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role. The successful candidate should demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance.

This position is located at the Raytheon Dine Facility in Farmington NM. RTX Dine Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.

This is an onsite position in Farmington NM.

What You Will Do:

• Models Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front midlevel leaders senior leaders and employees. Serves as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems
• Executes critical HR processes including compensation performance management and talent acquisition
• Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations training leadership development and employee communications in support of strategic objectives
• Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethicsrelated case investigations. Focuses on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture
• Models consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
• Collaborates with Center of Excellence Partners
• Drives Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning succession planning knowledge transfer and highpotential development

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a university degree with minimum 2 years Human Resource Management Business Administration Organizational Development or related discipline or an advanced degree with no related experience
• Experience using an HRIS system and generating workforce reports.
• Experience with tactical aspects of HR including employee transactions absence management providing instructions and howto guides for employees answering questions from employees and leaders and working in a timedriven environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
