Skill / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 14 15 years of experience with Information Technology with 3 to 5 yrs of Test director experience
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Location: Sydney.
Salary Range:15 AUD Annual Gross.

Role and Responsibilities
- At least 3 to 8Yrs of experience as a Test Director; Extensive experience in building overall Test strategy at domain level managing multiple Test engagement and communicating with senior stakeholders in financial institution.
- Experience in embedding test resources into multiple Agile teams (dev/test collaboration in same sprint) for ST & SIT phases
- Automation knowledge and experience in Selenium CucumberBDD Java Scripting Rest assured API automation Selenium Grid usage
- Demonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization
- Ability to develop and execute on a testing strategy test Design and designing the test automation framework for uplift of testing delivery through practice uplift
- Applied understand and experience of: Design Thinking Process Design & Lean Methodology and Systems Development Methodologies Agile LD JAD RAD Scrum SDLC SAFE
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Program and people management experience
- Able to work closely with Testing practice for uplift tooling
- Experience in contributing to PI planning Estimating testing efforts
- Experience in providing technical and stake holder management guidance to onshore leads
- Proven experience working with dev teams implementing test driven development shifting testing responsibility left
- Proven experience building out robust automation capabilities and embedding them into CI/CD pipeline
- Proven experience developing valuable agile quality/testing metrics
- Proven delivery experience in Scaled Agile Framework environment
- Experience in working in transformation programs in banking domain. Knowledge on Credit Risk as domain is an added advantage
- Well versed in data migration testing developing the strategy for both functional and nonfunctional testing.
- Proven experience in handling vendors developers project managers business analysts and other teams in the organization and to ensure the excellence in test delivery.

- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Participating in Daily Standups and weekly reviews
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problemsolving skills.
- Understanding of Business emerging technologies in relevant industry / domain strong understanding of trends (market and technology) in areas of specialization.
