About the Role

Do you enjoy working with data and information Are you able to work as part of a passionate and committed team Can you think analytically but present findings creatively If so we have an exciting opportunity to lead Active Togethers Insight function to support our monitoring evaluation and learning work. The roles includes working with the team to monitor evaluate and learn from our programme delivery as well as assessing the overall impact of what we do.

The successful candidate can expect to undertake a variety of rewarding duties working with a range of officers and external partners.

About You

To apply for this post you must:

  • Be able to use national and local data to build a clear understanding of the inequalities that exist to be physically active across Leicestershire Leicester and Rutland.
  • Use survey software to design administer and analyse participant and partner questionnaires to understand the effectiveness of our programmes and services.
  • Lead on the production roll out and analysis of a Leicestershire Leicester and Rutland residents survey to understand the behaviours attitudes and intentions of local communities in relation to physical activity health and wellbeing.
  • Use creative and eye catching solutions to present evaluation findings and recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Gather qualitative information to understand participants experiences and behaviours. Produce case studies that share lived experiences and aspire others.
  • Lead Active Togethers performance reporting responsibilities to ensure we successfully demonstrate our impact and meet all key deadlines.
  • Have learning from what we do supporting our team and partners to continually improve the services we provide.

In addition we expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
