Position Overview: We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team working alongside production and engineering in ensuring that our product meets our customer expectations; this will involve leading a team of Quality Inspectors across 3 shifts representing this team at internal and external meetings applying the principles of lean and continuous improvement whilst also ensuring compliance to production and quality standards and other related activities. The role will initially be working days however there will be a requirement to work shifts in the future (circa 2nd half of 2026; early dayshrs Monday to Friday and late days 1345hrs2200hrs Monday to Thursday & 1345hrs1915hrs Friday).

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

Required Skills Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership/management role within a manufacturing or machining environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
Excellent people skills to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools including statistical process control and root cause analysis.
Strong understanding of machining processes materials and quality control standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field; or other relevant qualification plus experience.
Quality Leadership & Management experience preferably in aerospace manufacturing/production environment and involving precision machining.
