About the Job
As a Quality Manager you will create and lead the Quality direction in the Supply Area (SA) based upon the relevant IKEA directions strategies and matrix inputs and guided by our culture and values.
About the Assignment
The Quality Manager will support the Business units in their daily work and verify compliance against relevant requirements standards and working methods. They will inspire and empower teams and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this position you have high energy to drive and delivery results and support success of others be highly motivated in securing excellence and compliance in operations.
You also have the desire and drive to find common interests and agenda to build trust and partnership to reach common goals and overall high curiosity with an innate desire to find better ways.
You understand IKEA business model and total cost approach in IKEA and have experience in leadership and people management.
You have a good business experience knowledge of IKEA product requirements and IKEA Quality Compliance working methods.
You have a good understanding of Purchasing Development teams and suppliers daily operational activities and understand Quality systems and /or production processes.

This position is based in King of Prussia PA USA.
