Job Description
RPO Recruitments client a leading company specialising in supplying hightech systems and solutions in the electrical engineering industry is seeking a qualified Electrical Draughtsman who can join their successful team in Nelspruit as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- The successful incumbent will mainly be responsible for the development of electrical schematic single line diagrams and general assemblies in AutoCAD and EPlan software packages for the Engineering Services department.
- Required to work with the Electrical Systems Engineers/Technicians on new projects where detailed electrical and some civils drawings need to be produced or developed.
Requirements:
- MultiDisciplinary Draughting Certificate or Diploma
- Electrical Trade Test beneficial
- Minimum 35 years experience working on industrial electrical equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical circuitry and designs
- Ability to prepare drawings of wiring systems and circuit layouts and creating general assembly diagrams used to build electrical equipment and systems as well as develop PID drawing packages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPlan software
