THE TEAM
The mission of the Inventory Control Department is to ensure that the right quantities of product are in the right place at the right time to maximize sales opportunities in each store and online.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Product distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring we have the right quantity of products in the right warehouse at the right time to maximize sales opportunities in retail and on eComm. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring inventory is wellbalanced across the various sales channels. THE ROLE
As the Senior Associate/Associate Product distribution you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Define and deliver Aritzias product distribution approach.
Ensure we have the right quantity in the right place to satisfy retail and eComm demand.
Capitalize on sales opportunities by having the right WHAT in the right warehouses.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Associate/Associate Product distribution has:
Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications.
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $50000.00$100000.00 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
