The Kubernetes Network team at Datadog is responsible for designing building and maintaining the networking infrastructure that underpins our global multicloud Kubernetes environment. We manage networking at a very large scale ensuring security performance and reliability across several cloud providers.
We are looking for someone with a deep experience in Kubernetes networking drivers. The ideal candidate has experience with Cilium. However we are also open to candidates with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the Cilium project while tailoring it to meet Datadogs specific needs. Prior experience with other CNI plugins (such as Calico or Flannel) and/or eBPF would also be beneficial.
You will collaborate with engineering teams across Datadog to enhance and extend Kubernetes networking optimize performance at scale push the boundaries of cloud networking capabilities and add new features to expand the user experience.
