What youll do

• Provide a consistently high level of service and hospitality to all Members and Guests at all times and in all areas of the Golf & Leisure Operation
• Provide general club orientation to guests upon arrival such as the location and use of locker rooms gym and pool
• Take golf reservations and ensure that all golf bookings are correctly inputted into booking system and that revenue is processed correctly
• To assist in general shop and servicerelated duties e.g. merchandising stock control cleaning
• Checkin all golfers and support the day to day management of tee times
• Support the daily management and maintenance of the buggy fleet and operation including cleaning fuelling and positioning ensuring that sufficient buggies are available to cater for both that day and following days business
• Assist with ball control and cleanliness at the driving range
• Carry out course marshalling duties as required
• Carry out green fee payment checks with the collection of tickets on the 1st tee
• Support the successful running of golf days; including being the host to organisers where required
• Carry out regular Health & Safety checks pool testing sauna and steam room checks
• Process new members sign ups
• Anticipate and address guests service needs

With this role you will be working 24 hours per week over 3 days including weekends on a temporary fixed term basis through the months of April October 2025 do you need flexibility in your life We are happy to discuss this with you!
