The firm is presently seeking a highlyskilled Director of Financial Systems. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Financial Officer this role is responsible for the technical support administration maintenance and strategic design of the firms Financial Accounting System which includes Billing Finance and Time Entry. In addition to the daytoday management of the financial systems department this role is responsible for assessing departmental and individual applications needs writing scripts customizing screens system backup system upgrades and system recovery.
Requirements include:
College degree in Computer Science Business Management or other relevant compatible curriculum; related work experience with comparable scope and responsibility or with sufficient experience to transition into the role. Large global law firm accounting or technology experience required. Experience in writing technical documentation required.
Applications development and programming experience in the following environments is required:
- Aderant and/or Elite Law Firm Practice Management Systems
- Windows 10 and NT
- SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services
- MS Access
- Visual Basic
- Microsoft Foundation Class Library
- .NET Framework 3.0 or higher
- Citrix
Strong leadership abilities people and project management skills and an ability to identify and implement creative solutions to enhance productivity efficiency and effectiveness of operations systems and procedures.
