We are delighted to continue assisting an excellent group of gastropubs and restaurants. One of their luxurious establishments a premium steakhouse set in a charming area of Bristol is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their talented team of 6.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef
- 32000 per annum plus 15000 service charge and a 15 incentive bonus
- Full healthcare
- Uniform/whites provided
- Helping lead a talented team of 6 chefs
- Cooking with the best local prime cuts and fresh produce
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of highquality dishes using the finest local prime cuts
- Making the most of the kitchens access to fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
- Helping lead motivate and manage the kitchen brigade of 6
