Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates Inc. is currently seeking a fulltime Janitorial Maintenance Technician to perform general Rest Area janitorial activities. This position is responsible for keeping the Rest Area interior clean (bathrooms floors walls vending machines etc. scheduling assignments preparing work areas and conducting work to ensurethe safety of occupants continuity of business operations and the cleanliness of all work areas. The position will support rest areas locatedinBroward County FL.
The company desires an individual with a high degree of focus on customer service exceptionaltechnical skill and an aptitude for facilities maintenance; along with executing preventive maintenance (PM) activities and including oversight of subcontracted services as required. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in assisting with building inspections maintenance and repairs as well asability to quickly learn client sitesbuildings systems norms of operation occupancy and conditions of use in order to anticipate and respond to customer needs and requirements responsibly and professionally. Candidateshould speak and understand English well be customer service oriented a selfstarter reliable flexible conduct themselves in a professional manner be able to make informed decisions and have a willingness to learn.
Experience and Skills required:
Full time; Day shift Monday through Friday. Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
Salary:
$15$17/hr depending on experience

Experience and Skills required:
- Requires minimum 2 yrs related experience
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Customer interface (communications problem solving work prioritization & scheduling)
- Meeting setup skills (arranging chairs/tables AV equipment setup)
- Smart phone and computer skills(email scheduling maintenance management work order & PMs)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
