As a Site Supervisor youll be at the helm of planning and delivering various building construction maintenance and civil projects ensuring they meet time cost quality safety and environmental targets. Your role involves strong safety supervision coordinating all phases of maintenance and construction work and providing onthejob training and support to your team.
Youll face challenges like achieving client and business objectives within strict parameters and managing project delivery risks including safety and environmental concerns. Your ability to collaborate with the project team apply WHS principles and contribute to construction solutions will be crucial in overcoming these hurdles.
