As a Site Supervisor youll be at the helm of planning and delivering various building construction maintenance and civil projects ensuring they meet time cost quality safety and environmental targets. Your role involves strong safety supervision coordinating all phases of maintenance and construction work and providing onthejob training and support to your team.
Youll face challenges like achieving client and business objectives within strict parameters and managing project delivery risks including safety and environmental concerns. Your ability to collaborate with the project team apply WHS principles and contribute to construction solutions will be crucial in overcoming these hurdles.

What you will bring to the role

- Proven leadership qualities including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals. supervise and coordinate various phases of maintenance and construction work as well as provide onthejob training and support to staff
- Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. manage multiple projects and deliver components within strict time cost and quality parameters effective time management and organizational skills are crucial.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes. developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers stakeholders vendors and industry professionals making strong stakeholder engagement skills vital.
What is an essential requirement:
- Holds a general construction induction card (white card)
- Holds a trade certificate or equivalent in a construction craft stream of Carpentry and Joinery Stonemasonry Scaffolding Bricklaying Painting Plastering Plumbing Electrical or Mechanical with relevant experience in inspection and certification
- Holds a post trade certificate or equivalent qualification and/or expertise in a construction stream
- A valid NSW Drivers License and willingness to drive to remote locations which may include overnight stays.
