Salary Range: $annually commission
Available Schedule(s): Monday Friday 8:30am 4:30pm. *Weekends on occasion
Horizon House is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Living Community Sales Manager. This exciting opportunity will drive BlueSky sales to meet the future occupancy demands of our new highrise tower. As a Senior Living Sales Manager your primary focus will be on maintaining high occupancy through effective lead generation relationship building sales marketing and expertly guiding prospective residents through the sales process.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Five 5 years of sales experience with a proven record of successful highend sales in active senior living fund development estate and financial planning hospitality or insurance sales.
Proven expertise in relationshipbased sales with a diverse population and indepth experience in active senior living sales.
High level of computer proficiency with utilizing CRM systems to track and report departmental and individual activities.
Along with use of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) database management software and web applications.
Proven skills in developing relationships and nurturing prospects using the personcentered philosophy.
Solid experience in managing the entire sales process from building the prospect base to securing deposits for moveins and managing the lead base generating reports and providing regular updates to management on hot prospects.
