We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer (Production Support) to join our clients team responsible for maintaining and supporting applications in a production environment. The person in this role will analyze and resolve user tickets and collaborate with the development team to optimize applications including projects based on FreeSharp technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support software development by gathering information and analyzing user requirements.
- Verify results of coding and testing tasks within the team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand system requirements and business processes.
- Assist testing teams in problem analysis and bug resolution.
- Provide support for applications in a production environment including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements.
Requirements:
- 46 years of experience in .NET programming.
- Experience working in a .NET environment related to production support.
- Ability to work independently programming and performing maintenance tasks without close supervision.
- Capacity to understand specific client needs or technical requirements to apply developed skills and knowledge.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Openness to learning new technologies and skills.
