Job Description
Position: Salesforce nCino Developer
Exp: (3- 7) Yrs
Location: PAN India
Work Mode: Remote
JD:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized nCino solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Develop Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce pages and declarative tools.
- Configure and customize nCino modules such as Commercial Lending Retail Banking Treasury Management Loan Origination etc.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing nCino applications.
- Participate in deployment and release management processes.
- Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Ensure platform security scalability and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with nCino implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Apex Visualforce LWC SOQL/SOSL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture security governor limits and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows Process Builder Validation Rules).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Git Bitbucket Jenkins JIRA and Copado or equivalent CI/CD tools is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
- nCino certifications (e.g. nCino Admin nCino Business Analyst or Developer) (optional)
- Experience in the financial services domain (Lending Banking etc.).
