Role Purpose:

We are actively seeking sales reps interested in building a career in the recruiting industry. We are looking for two different positions both being entrylevel.

1 RecruiterInTraining which is an outbound sales positions finding candidates for our clients open roles.

2 Account ExecutiveinTraining which is an outbound sales position finding companies with a budget for recruiting services.

Both positions will work directly with an existing member of the team to help build top of funnel deliverables and help schedule meetings like an SDR while being trained on how to become a recruiter and account executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Call Coffee Campaign: embrace the get stuff done mentality. You are willing to cold call consistently set new meetings and compose elaborate email campaigns to generate Sales! Youre not afraid of doing whatever it takes to get someone to talk to you.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to understand their job search needs company culture requirements and longterm goals.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborating with the reporting recruiter and account executive to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives. This includes understanding job requirements sourcing strategies and candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Working closely with the recruitment team to identify screen and select candidates that match the clients requirements. This might involve headhunting using job boards social media and other recruitment tools.
  • Market Research: Keeping uptodate with industry trends salary benchmarks and other factors that could impact recruitment efforts. Providing clients with insights that can help them stay competitive in the job market.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Providing clients with regular reports on recruitment activities candidate progress and other relevant metrics. Using data to refine recruitment strategies and improve client outcomes.
