You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role of a Global Sales Support is to be an essential pillar of our sales activities. Your function will be to support our sales executives and ensure they have as much time to spend on selling instead of administration as possible. You will be managing most of the communication between our commercial unit and other departments in a thorough and transparent manner. You will also act as a dedicated person for any invoicing and accounting inquiries with the support of our accounting and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
The role is divided the following way: 40 administration and support activities 30 system administration activities 20 adhoc projects 10 reporting and analytics.
Your hours will be flexible and agreed upfront on a monthly basis. Initially you will work mostly from the office in order to get onboarded and acquainted with the company members. Once you know your way around our processes and our organisation you will get a chance to work in a hybrid model some days in the office some days remotely.
With time you will gain a thorough understanding of our sales process key performance indicators and other areas related to sales functioning. This will allow you to take on more complex projects and perform advanced analysis. With time we hope to expand your role to a full time employee. As you grow you will make the call if you would like to progress into a Sales Analyst career or to explore different positions within the company.
