Job Description

The role of a Global Sales Support is to be an essential pillar of our sales activities. Your function will be to support our sales executives and ensure they have as much time to spend on selling instead of administration as possible. You will be managing most of the communication between our commercial unit and other departments in a thorough and transparent manner. You will also act as a dedicated person for any invoicing and accounting inquiries with the support of our accounting and finance teams.


Responsibilities:

  1. You will be serving as a bridge between Sales and other revenue related departments (marketing customer success finance) from an administrative perspective.
  2. You will become our CRM system admin support (Hubspot) responsible for data updates and data quality supporting new initiatives taking ownership of technical projects and supporting our daytoday activities
  3. Occasionally you will prepare sales reports in HubSpot Excel or Gsuite
  4. You will coordinate the information flow between Sales and finance in order to ensure correct revenue recognition and invoicing process
  5. You will completely own the administrative processes in our LATAM market


The role is divided the following way: 40 administration and support activities 30 system administration activities 20 adhoc projects 10 reporting and analytics.


Your hours will be flexible and agreed upfront on a monthly basis. Initially you will work mostly from the office in order to get onboarded and acquainted with the company members. Once you know your way around our processes and our organisation you will get a chance to work in a hybrid model some days in the office some days remotely.


With time you will gain a thorough understanding of our sales process key performance indicators and other areas related to sales functioning. This will allow you to take on more complex projects and perform advanced analysis. With time we hope to expand your role to a full time employee. As you grow you will make the call if you would like to progress into a Sales Analyst career or to explore different positions within the company.



Basic requirements:

  1. You have a good knowledge of Spanish (B.2 or above) English (B.2 or above) and Polish (C.1 or above)
  2. You have the ability to use Excel/Google Sheets on an intermediate level (take functions like countif sumif vlookup)
  3. A sense of agility and ease to work with data and analytical skills
  4. Need for accuracy and diligence with high attention to detail and responsibility
  5. You are an open and social person that thrives in a team environment a team player
  6. We love a proactive attitude our belief is that every person brings something valuable to the table. That is why we will count on you to raise your hand whenever you think something could be done in a more efficient or effective way.


It will be a plus if:

  1. You have at least a year of experience on administrative roles sales related roles or system admin related roles
  2. You have worked with HubSpot before
  3. You are pursuing a degree related to Economics Accounting or Finance
