Job Description

In the Coatings division we focus on the development production and marketing of a wide range of coating solutions from applied surface technology to vehicle paintwork. We promote innovation design and new application possibilities in order to fulfil the needs of our partners worldwide in globally active teams. Our portfolio is rounded off by the Innovation Beyond Paint programme which aims to develop new markets and business models.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Infrastructure Management Mnster unit is realigning our site attractively and in line with our corporate strategy to meet current and future needs.

  • In your role as an electronics technician you will look after lowvoltage switchgear and distribution boards as well as their downstream control and drive technology.
  • You will also be responsible for periodic inspections of operational monitoring equipment and process control technology protection equipment.
  • You will also implement company principles and comply with health safety and environmental protection regulations.
  • You will also carry out troubleshooting modifications and parameterisation of I&C devices as well as the maintenance and monitoring of analysis devices.
  • Last but not least you will carry out repair and installation work as well as preventive maintenance work in accordance with existing maintenance plans and fault reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering automation technology or a comparable field
  • knowledgeable in the applicable technical regulations such as VDE or DGUV as well as in the general safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of measurement control and automation technology
  • Affinity for working with electrical equipment in explosive atmospheres
  • Good manual skills and proficiency with MS Office and SAP PM
