Product ManagerLocation: BangaloreRole OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead and oversee a team of Product Owners driving the strategy and of digital products this role reports into the Head of Product Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy you will be responsible for bridging highlevel roadmap planning with squadlevel delivery ensuring alignment across design technology and business teams.Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Product Owners ensuring clarity in priorities and product vision.Define and manage product roadmaps balancing strategic goals with delivery realities. Collaborate closely with designers Tech Product Owners and engineering teams to create seamless digital experiences.Align stakeholders ensuring customer needs business goals and tech feasibility converge effectively. Drive datainformed decisionmaking leveraging insights to iterate and optimize products.Key Requirements Proven experience in digital product management with handson involvement in both strategy and .Strong leadership in managing multiple Product Owners and crossfunctional teams.Expertise in Agile & Lean delivery working within squads to drive outcomes.Collaborative mindset comfortable working with designers tech leads and senior stakeholders.Ability to balance longterm vision with tactical in a fastpaced environment.Preferred Experience in largescale enterprise or multimarket digital product delivery. Familiarity with analytics experimentation and customer feedback loops
