Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The role is a workfromhome position. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in graphic designing and proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create review modify and recreate designs based on customer requirements ensuring highquality outputs for production.
- Address issues related to systems tools performance and processes.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide feedback to the team lead to prevent future challenges.
- Actively engage in activities that promote continuous skill improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in graphic design (Illustrator Photoshop).
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of design concepts typography color theory layout design and design trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with InDesign and Adobe Stock.
- Basic reading comprehension in English and beginnerlevel verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree or diploma in graphic design (or a related field).
- Ability to adapt to new software applications and tools (CAD).
- Basic understanding of design concepts typography color theory layout design and design trends.
- Additional Experience:
- Prior experience in an artistic media firm is a plus.
- Participation in design workshops or projects (e.g. sketching calligraphy doodles) is advantageous.
- Prior experience in an artistic media firm is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Ability to view designs from the customers perspective and ensure the design effectively communicates the intended message.
- Strong ethical behavior commitment to quality and passion for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to receive feedback and continuously grow professionally.
- Adaptability to ongoing changes and challenges.
- Aptitude for selflearning and personal development.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
