Accor has a bold ambition: to reinvent the travel experience with a strong emphasis on personalization and a distinctive brand identity. Achieving this is the core focus of the Digital Departmenta team dedicated to defining and shaping the future of Accors Product Experience.
Reporting to the Product Design team and under the responsibility of the Head of Design (HoD) you will lead the team of product designers responsible for the Brands scope ensuring the visual and functional consistency across more than 40 Accor brand websites. You will also champion the product vision and foster internal understanding and adoption of Design methodologies.

Strengthen Design Integration in the Product Approach
Cobuild OKRs and roadmaps with Product teams.
Ensure Product Designers understand and are aligned with product visions and goals.
Collaborate with Product and Tech leaders to break down silos.
Identify crossfunctional dependencies and stay in regular contact with other domains.
Help Product Designers define and monitor relevant KPIs.
Ensure Delivery Quality Roadmap Alignment and Team Rituals
Ensure every feature your team works on is delivered on time and at the highest quality.
Facilitate backlog reviews and design critiques; ensure Design System integration and user needs are accurately addressed.
Establish efficient processes methodologies and templates to optimize the teams workflow.
Ensure smooth collaboration with resources such as User Researchers and Content Designers.
Dedicate around 30% of your time to handson Discovery and Delivery to model best practices and stay close to the field.
Empower and Elevate Your Team Toward Excellence
Mentor team members and foster a learning environment for skill development.
Organize retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement.
Set up individual career tracking and support each team members growth and goals.
Promote design culture within and beyond Accor: write blog posts speak at conferences and organize internal events.
Collaborate with All Lead Product Designers and the Digital Factory
Promote adoption of the Design System and shared design standards within your scope.
Align with other Lead Product Designers to share best practices and solve crossteam issues.
Cocreate and continuously improve interactions and processes with the Design Ops team.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and other teams.
Actively contribute to crossfunctional rituals and foster alignment across the organization.
