Job Description
Home Health Field Marketer needed for RGV Upper/Mid Valley
Job Types:FullTime HHMarketer with Adult/Pedi experience.
Requirements:
- Establish relationships with referral sources such as physicians hospitals case workers DME/Infusions companies
- Prepare presentations of the companys various home care services to present to referral sources
- Educate referral sources on the components of home health care services and explain the interrelation of these services
- Continual evaluation of the companys marketing strategies to advise management on effective strategies and suggest changes
- Prescreen patients referred by physicians hospitals and case workers for home health needs eligibility and status
- Serve as a liaison between hospital discharge planners by visiting patients to ensure a smooth transition to the patients home
Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong customer service
- Must be highly organized and have PC proficiency
- Must have good time management skills and able to multitask
- Prior direct sales experience required
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas drivers license
