Job Description

The ideal candidate will have documented experience in civil litigation exceptional organizational research & analytical skills competency in drafting legal documents and case management. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings pretrial motions and legal correspondence.
Manage discovery processes including organizing reviewing and summarizing documents.
Maintain effective communication with clients opposing counsel and court personnel.
Coordinate and assist with pretrial preparations and trial logistics.
Qualifications:
Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
5 years of civil litigation experience preferably in business litigation.
Strong reading comprehension legal writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent decisionmaking critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
