Job Summary:
If you are a Software Development professional Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for asoftware developer who would be responsible to develop tools/applications for Ovation Green SCADA. The successful candidate will work as part of a global development team. Ovation Green is a specialized SCADA system specifically designed for renewable energy assets. It offers a comprehensive range of features flexibility and services to empower user with enhanced control over their energy sites.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop new applications bug fix and expand features in existing applications.
- Frontend software design and development.
- Develop and deliver solutions that meet collaborator needs and customer expectations.
- Provide timely information to individuals across the organization.
- Design and review of technical specification & its Architect.
- Design and develop multilayer cross platform applications using design patterns.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Commercial experience with React.js 3
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles (e.g. components state management hooks lifecycle methods)
- Familiarity with TypeScript for better type safety
- Strong JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3 skills
- Understanding of frontend build tools and pipelines
- Able to communicate at a good level of English
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
- Experience with Microsoft development tools.
- Practical experience in software design principles and standard methodologies.
- Proficient in resolving and debugging software.
- Develop and complete manual unit test as well as perform unit and integration testing.
- Experience with fulllifecycle projects formal software development methodologies.
- Ability to work and function within a diverse environment with remote teams.
- Design and Implementation of RESTful APIs
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science related engineering field or Equivalent
- 4 7 years experience with at least 3 years in Software development
- Experience with Websockets and Tomcat servlet engine
- SQL Server Apache Cassandra PostgreSQL database
- Experience with Junit tests
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and Networking knowledge
- Basic knowledge of renewable assets (wind turbines solar plants BESS) and Redux.
- Experience with the Agile methodologies
- Recognized expertise in a technology or product area.
