So what are we looking for
We are looking for an D365 Business Central Developer for our Pune location whose attitude skills and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees known in the industry as customerfocused problemsolvers who can get the job done.
What are your responsibilities
- Lead inhouse development and customization of D365 Business Central/MS NAV.
- Develop customize and integrate D365 Business Central / MS NAV solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their proficiency in Business Central.
- Utilize tools like C# AL and C/AL for development while integrating AIassisted code generation tools.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments with AWS or Azure.
- Develop custom APIs and integrations using REST OData JSON and XML.
- Ensure data security and quality standards.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years in D365 Business Central / MS NAV development.
- Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming
- Proficiency in C# HTML/CSS/JavaScript React ASP and GIT.
- Experience with web services APIs JSON XML and OData.
- Proficiency in AL and C/AL programming.
- Handson experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Proven AWS or Azure cloud experience.
- Proficient with AI code generation tools and workflows
- Customer service and solid communication skills are a must
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
