LINCOLNSUDBURY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT390 LINCOLN ROADSUDBURY MASSACHUSETTS 01776EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYSchool YearJOB POSTINGTitle: Special Education Teacher for Students with Moderate Disabilities 1.0 FTE Position Summary:Promotes learning and growth of all students providing highquality instruction authentic and meaningful student assessments analyzing student data using data to improve instruction continuously providing students with constructive feedback and continuously refining learning objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): *Provide specialized instruction to students with a variety of learning disabilities *Chair facilitate and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and any related documentation including Chapter 688 referrals and transition planning etc. for students on their caseload*Complete formal and informal student assessments to determine eligibility for Special Education services*Work in collaboration with other service providers outside providers and general education teachers *Develop provide and implement academic and behavioral accommodations and modifications for students in general education classes.
