Job Description
Immediate position available for an Automotive Service Advisor at a wellestablished professional and busy auto dealership. A strong sales background and/or automotive experience is a plus. To be successful an advisor musthave quality customer service skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills. The right candidate must also work well with employees and customers in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism.
The advisor will work closely with customers technicians and the shop foreman to determine any vehicle issues or concerns a timeline for any repairs needed and any associated costs.
