Job Description
A leader in the flooring manufacturing and distribution industry is looking for an experienced and highly organized Product Developer to spearhead product innovation and oversee project management processes. This role involves sourcing new products mastering product knowledge and driving development projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Source and develop innovative products to meet market and client needs.
- Manage product development projects ensuring timely and successful .
- Collaborate with engineering sourcing and production teams to improve processes and outcomes.
- Master product knowledge to effectively guide development initiatives.
- Research market trends and materials to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee quality control and testing during the product development lifecycle.
- Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product development and project management.
- Engineering expertise or relevant technical background preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution process is a plus.
Salary: $85000$135000
